About the CDL Program

HMTI’s Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program is a four‑week, 160‑hour course combining classroom instruction, yard skills, and on‑the‑road training. Students earn their Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) and receive hands‑on training to prepare for the Oklahoma CDL exam.
