HMTI’s Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) program is a 2.5‑day, 20‑hour course designed to give you the knowledge and confidence needed to pass the Oklahoma CLP written exams.

This program provides:

  • General Knowledge, Air Brakes, and Combination Vehicles content
