Career Services
Your success doesn’t stop at graduation — and neither does our support. HMTI partners with Oklahoma Works to help students prepare for employment through:
- Resume building

- Job search support
- Access to statewide employment resources
Our goal is simple: help you secure quality employment in the trucking industry.

Choice of Employers
You have options — and we want you to choose the career path that fits your lifestyle.
HMTI maintains active job listings for CDL students, but you are free to apply to any employer you choose. Students are not contracted, obligated, or bound to any carrier or organization.
Your career. Your choice.

Company-Sponsored Training
HMTI partners with carriers and organizations to offer company‑paid CDL training for eligible students. We also provide on‑site training programs for employers who want to train their workforce directly through HMTI.
These partnerships help students access training at little to no cost while connecting employers with qualified drivers.
Let’s get things moving!
